A Telecaller is responsible for communicating with customers or potential customers over the phone to provide information, generate sales, collect feedback, or offer support.
Common Telecaller Job Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective or existing customers.
- Answer inbound customer calls and inquiries.
- Explain products, services, or offers clearly and professionally.
- Generate leads and identify potential sales opportunities.
- Follow up with customers regarding previous interactions or purchases.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, customer details, and outcomes.
- Resolve customer questions and complaints or escalate them when necessary.
- Meet daily, weekly, or monthly call and performance targets.
- Schedule appointments or product demonstrations when required.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
- Update customer information in CRM software or databases.
- Collect customer feedback and report insights to management.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
