Responsibilities:
- Oversee administrative functions such as payroll, invoicing, and record-keeping
- Handling correspondence and communications, both internal and external, including emails, phone calls, and physical mail.
- Coordinating and scheduling appointments, meetings, and events, including travel arrangements and accommodations.
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for supplies and services.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure that customer needs are met and that projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Ensuring that the office and equipment are maintained and in good working order, including overseeing repairs and maintenance when necessary.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements
- Developing and maintaining filing systems, document management, and record-keeping procedures, ensuring that all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
- Overseeing and managing the day-to-day administrative operations of the company, including managing and supervising support staff.
- Providing administrative support to senior management, including preparing reports and presentations, conducting research, and providing other administrative assistance as needed.
- Manage and train administrative staff, ensuring that all work is completed in a timely and accurate manner
- Maintaining a professional and positive office environment, promoting teamwork, communication, and collaboration among staff.
