Job Description
Design Consortia is looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Architect Intern to join our Architecture & Design team. This internship is ideal for students or recent graduates who are eager to gain practical experience on live architectural and interior design projects.
Responsibilities
- Assist in concept development, schematic design, and detailed drawings.
- Prepare 2D drawings using AutoCAD.
- Support 3D modeling using SketchUp, Revit, or 3ds Max.
- Prepare presentation drawings, mood boards, and material palettes.
- Assist in working drawings and project documentation.
- Participate in site visits, site measurements, and basic site coordination.
- Coordinate with internal teams and vendors.
- Research materials, building by-laws, and design references.
Requirements
- Pursuing or recently completed B.Arch
- Proficiency in AutoCAD (Mandatory).
- Knowledge of SketchUp, Revit, or 3ds Max.
- Basic understanding of construction methods, materials, and detailing.
- Good communication, teamwork, and time management skills.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
