- Handle inbound & outbound student leads
- Understand learner goals and recommend the right programs
- Conduct consultative sales conversations via calls, WhatsApp, Zoom, and email
- Follow up consistently and close enrollments
- Maintain CRM discipline and pipeline tracking
- Achieve monthly conversion and revenue targets

- 24 years experience in EdTech / inside sales / counseling
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
