Position: Speech-Language Pathologist

Role Summary:
The Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) at the Child Development Centre will play a vital role in assessing, diagnosing, and treating children with speech, language, communication, and feeding challenges. The SLP will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to support the child’s developmental goals, providing individualized therapy and education to caregivers for effective at-home strategies.
Qualifications:
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders.
- Certification from a recognized professional body (e.g., RCI license in India).
- [Optional] Experience with pediatric populations, especially in a multidisciplinary setting.
Skills and Competencies:
- Strong understanding of childhood speech and language development.
- Proficiency in using a variety of assessment and intervention tools.
- Empathy, patience, and excellent interpersonal skills to work effectively with children and caregivers.
