Job Title: Digital Marketing Executive
Reporting To: Marketing Manager / Business Development Head
Job Summary
The Digital Marketing Executive will be responsible for managing the company's digital presence, social media platforms, online marketing campaigns, and promotional activities. The role also includes coordinating marketing events, school and community promotions, and ensuring brand consistency across all digital and offline channels to increase visitor engagement and park footfall.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the company's social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
- Plan, create, and publish engaging content such as posts, reels, stories, videos, and promotional campaigns.
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, website traffic, and ticket sales.
- Monitor social media trends and implement creative ideas to improve audience engagement.
- Coordinate with graphic designers, photographers, and videographers to produce high-quality marketing content.
- Manage paid digital advertising campaigns through Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other online advertising platforms.
- Track and analyze campaign performance using digital analytics tools and prepare monthly performance reports.
- Coordinate promotional events, seasonal campaigns, product launches, and park events.
- Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth execution of events and promotional activities.
- Visit schools, colleges, corporate organizations, and local communities whenever required to support marketing initiatives.
- Coordinate with influencers, media partners, and event organizers for promotional collaborations.
- Maintain the company website by coordinating content updates, promotional banners, and announcements.
- Respond to customer inquiries and messages received through social media platforms in coordination with the customer support team.
- Ensure all marketing materials and communications follow the company's branding guidelines.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, social media algorithms, and industry best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field.
- Certification in Digital Marketing will be an added advantage.
Experience
- 0–3 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Social Media Management, or Event Coordination.
- Experience in the entertainment, hospitality, tourism, or amusement park industry will be preferred.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of social media management and content planning.
- Experience with Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and SEO fundamentals.
- Basic understanding of graphic design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinking with strong organizational and event coordination abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and events simultaneously.
- Good photography and videography coordination skills.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Willingness to travel for promotional activities and events when required.
