Location: Siliguri (Field-Based)## Role Overview
We are looking for an energetic and analytical Manager of Missionary Sales Representatives to join our team in Siliguri. Unlike a traditional direct sales role, your primary focus is market intelligence and data-driven strategy & drive a team of MSRs.
You will be on the ground managing data collection, tracking field metrics, and gathering critical insights from local garages/mechanics (GURUs), transport hubs, and spare part retailers. Your core mission is to help us deeply understand market demand, competitor activity, and customer satisfaction regarding Tata Motors Genuine Parts & Drive a team of MSRs.
## Key Responsibilities
- Data Collection & Analysis: Visit local workshops, fleet owners, and retailers to conduct structured surveys using digital forms. You will be responsible for managing this data, meaning excellent knowledge of MS Excel and data analysis is required.
- Brand Awareness & Positioning: Oversee the distribution of promotional materials (leaflets, stickers, posters) and educate the market on the value of using Tata Motors Genuine Parts over local aftermarket brands.
- Competitor Mapping: Identify which non-genuine brands are gaining traction in the Siliguri market, reporting directly on their pricing, availability, and promotional schemes.
- Lead Generation: Identify potential new retail points or large fleet owners and strategically pass these high-value leads to the Core Sales Team.
- Feedback Gathering: Act as our primary "ears on the ground" to record and report complaints, trends, or suggestions from mechanics regarding part availability and quality.
## Candidate ProfileEducation
- Minimum: 12th Pass.
- Preference will be given to Graduate candidates.
Skills & Requirements
- Technical: Advanced comfort using smartphone apps for field data entry, alongside strong MS Excel and Data Analysis skills.
- Interpersonal: A friendly, outgoing personality with the ability to easily strike up conversations and build rapport.
- Attributes: High level of patience, persistence, and adaptability in a fast-paced field-work environment.
- Languages: Fluency in Bengali and Hindi is mandatory. Knowledge of Nepali is a major advantage for the Siliguri/Dooars region.
- Logistics: Must own a two-wheeler and possess a valid driving license for daily field visits.
## Compensation & Benefits
- Starting Salary: ₹15,500.00 per month (Salary not constraint for elegible candidate)
