Role Overview:
We're looking for a sharp, creative, and driven Social Media Executive to join our team and own end-to-end social media management for a portfolio of dental client accounts.
What You'll Do:
1. Account Management & Onboarding:
- Onboard new dental clients — collect brand assets, clinic photos, doctor bios, service menus, and tone-of-voice guidelines
- Build a deep understanding of each client's practice, specialty, and target patient base
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, maintaining strong client relationships
2. Content & Creative:
- Research trending topics in dentistry, oral health, and patient education relevant to US, UK, Canada, Singapore, and other geographies
- Plan and execute monthly content calendars aligned with local events, health awareness days, and regional patient behavior
- Create high-quality, on-brand creatives for Facebook and Instagram — static posts, carousels, reels covers, and story graphics (using Canva, Adobe Express, or similar tools)
- Write compelling captions tailored to each market's tone, language nuance, and compliance norms
3. Publishing & Growth:
- Schedule and publish content across Meta platforms with discipline and consistency
- Monitor performance metrics (reach, engagement, follower growth, saves) and optimise accordingly
- Execute organic growth strategies — hashtag research, engagement tactics, community management, and responding to comments/DMs
- Stay updated on Meta algorithm changes and platform best practices
4. Reporting:
- Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports per account
- Identify what's working, flag what isn't, and bring actionable recommendations to the table
What We're Looking for:
Must-Have:
- 1-3 years of hands-on social media management experience, preferably in healthcare or dental marketing
- Solid understanding of dental terminology, treatments, and patient journey (implants, orthodontics, cosmetic dentistry, preventive care, etc.)
- Demonstrated knowledge of international markets — especially US, UK, Canada, and Singapore (patient expectations, compliance sensitivities, cultural tone)
- Proficiency in creating creatives using Canva, Adobe Express, or similar design tools
- Strong written English — you should be able to write for a dentist in Manchester and a clinic in Toronto without it sounding like the same post
- Organized, deadline-driven, and able to juggle multiple accounts without dropping the ball
Good to Have:
- Prior experience managing accounts for dentists or dental clinics
- Familiarity with Meta Business Suite, scheduling tools (Buffer, Hootsuite, Later)
- Knowledge of AI tools for content ideation, caption writing, or image generation (ChatGPT, Midjourney, Canva AI, etc.)
- Basic understanding of Meta Ads (even if you haven't run campaigns independently)
- An eye for visual aesthetics in the healthcare space

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
