Provide production support for the Coupa platform, including incident resolution, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.

Develop and implement enhancements, configurations, and customizations within Coupa to support evolving business needs.
Monitor system performance and ensure timely resolution of tickets, defects, and user requests .

Participate in testing, deployment, and release management activities for new features and enhancements.
Maintain documentation, knowledge articles, and process guidelines for support and development activities.
Ensure adherence to best practices, security standards, and governance processes .
