Position: Banquet Executive
Location: The urban village kohand panipat
Job Summary: We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Banquet Executive to coordinate and manage banquet events, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and smooth event execution. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, coordination, and hospitality skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate banquet events, functions, weddings, conferences, and corporate gatherings.
- Act as a point of contact between clients and operational teams.
- Ensure proper event setup as per guest requirements.
- Coordinate with F&B, kitchen, housekeeping, and service teams for seamless event execution.
- Handle guest queries and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Conduct event briefings and monitor service standards during events.
- Assist in preparing banquet event orders (BEOs) and event documentation.
- Follow up with clients regarding event requirements and special requests.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, hygiene, and safety standards.
- Support the sales team in achieving banquet revenue targets.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in Banquet Operations, Hospitality, Hotels, Resorts, or Event Management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good coordination and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Knowledge of banquet operations and guest service standards.
- Graduate or Diploma in Hotel Management preferred.
Salary: Best in the Industry (Negotiable based on experience)
