· Responsible for overall functionality of Quality department.
· Management Representative for all audits
· Establishing, reviewing and monitoring quality plan.
· Elaborating & reviewing all documents and formats related to quality system
· Co-ordination with production & maintenance engineer.
· Conducting Internal audits and reviewing the status of the same on Quarterly basis.
· Coordination with production manager regarding issues related to rejections, rework, customer complaints, second- & third-party audits
· Conducting in house process inspection as per quality plan
· Handling non-conforming product as per planned procedure
· To inspect the material in all respects in terms of completeness or damage as well as proper identification and proper work of all tooling, fixtures, gauges, material supplied by the customer
· Ensuring compliance to quality plan and suggesting modifications to Production Manager
· Monitoring quality objectives related to Quality control department and presenting status & data to responsible person
· Controlling documents and records related to quality control department
· Identifying areas for continual improvement in quality control department
· Calibration for all instruments at planned frequencies
· Responsible for PDI, will be responsible for final approval of the product before dispatch
· Approving material incoming, final and in process stages. Producing the reports in every stages
· Producing rejection report for suppliers and internal process.
· Preparing 8D reports against any defect claimed from the customer.
· Conducting supplier audits, reviewing supplier performance and rating.
· Conduct APQP and PFMEA for NPD/ NPI.
· Conduct SQC and SPC for all components inhouse.
· Practice ‘Why-Why Analysis’ for customer issues.
· Knowledge of QMS/EMS,5S, Kaizen, KANBAN, Poka-yoke.
· Knowledge or Experience in IATF.
· Following up with vendors for improving on quality, new product development, PPAP, etc.
· Participate in management review meetings and suggest opportunities for improvements.

Minimum experience: 10+ years
▪ Good knowledge of Quality core tools such as 7 QC tools, 8D, FMEA, SPC, PPAP, APQP, MSA, will be added advantage.
