Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through calls, social media, referrals, and other channels.
- Contact prospective students and explain our courses and career opportunities.
- Counsel students and understand their learning requirements.
- Convert inquiries into successful enrollments.
- Conduct follow-up calls and maintain relationships with prospects.
- Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads and sales activities in CRM/Excel.
- Coordinate with the marketing team for campaigns and lead generation.
- Attend webinars, seminars, and educational events to promote the company's programs.
- Provide excellent customer service before and after enrollment
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Number of calls made per day.
- Leads contacted and followed up.
- Monthly enrollments achieved.
- Revenue generated.
- Customer satisfaction and retention.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
