Job Summary
Kreamz Confectionery Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Production Executive to support production operations across its manufacturing units. The candidate will be responsible for monitoring production activities, maintaining quality standards, tracking inventory, conducting factory visits, and assisting management in ensuring smooth factory operations.
Key ResponsibilitiesProduction Monitoring
· Monitor daily production activities and ensure production targets are achieved as per the production plan.
· Coordinate with factory supervisors and workers to ensure smooth production flow.
· Report any production delays or operational issues to management.
Quality Control
· Ensure products are manufactured as per the company's quality standards.
· Monitor production processes and identify quality concerns.
· Assist in implementing corrective actions to maintain product quality.
Factory Visits & Audits
· Visit manufacturing units on a weekly basis to monitor operations.
· Conduct surprise factory audits and submit findings to management.
· Ensure compliance with operational procedures and company guidelines.
Inventory Monitoring
· Keep track of raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods inventory.
· Report stock shortages, excess inventory, or discrepancies.
· Coordinate with factory teams to maintain accurate inventory records.
Reporting & Coordination
· Maintain records of production, inventory, and audit observations.
· Submit regular reports to management regarding factory performance.
· Follow up on pending operational issues and corrective actions.
Head Office Visits
· Attend the Head Office at least once every week for reporting and review meetings.
· Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth execution of operational requirements.
Eligibility Criteria
· Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
· Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of experience in manufacturing, FMCG, food processing, or factory operations.
· Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.
· Good communication and coordination skills.
· Willingness to travel to factory locations.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
