Kindergarten Teacher Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate, energetic, and dedicated Kindergarten Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent English communication skills, a nurturing personality, and a strong understanding of early childhood education. The teacher will be responsible for creating a positive learning environment that supports the academic, social, emotional, and physical development of young children.

Key Responsibilities
- Teach Kindergarten students using engaging and age-appropriate learning methods.
- Develop lesson plans and classroom activities that promote early literacy, numeracy, creativity, and social skills.
- Teach Phonics, Blends, Letter Recognition, Numbers, Colors, Shapes, and Basic Concepts.
- Organize and conduct activities such as storytelling, arts & crafts, music, games, and educational projects.
- Create a safe, positive, and child-friendly classroom environment.
- Monitor and assess children's progress and maintain student records.
- Encourage good behavior, discipline, personal hygiene, and social interaction among students.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding student performance and development.
- Identify students requiring additional academic or emotional support and coordinate with school management when needed.
- Participate in school events, meetings, training programs, and professional development activities.
Required Skills
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Strong knowledge of Phonics, Blends, and Early Literacy Development.
- Good classroom management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Creativity and enthusiasm in teaching young children.
- Patience, empathy, and a caring attitude toward children.
- Ability to work collaboratively with staff and parents.
Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Early Childhood Education, Montessori Training, PPTT, NTT, MTT, or equivalent certification preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in Pre-Nursery, Nursery, Kindergarten, or Primary classes.
- Freshers with excellent English communication and relevant training may also apply.
