About the Role
iMaje Technologies is looking for enthusiastic and technology-driven candidates who are interested in building applications, websites, tools, automations, and digital solutions using AI-assisted development and Vibe Coding.
The selected candidate will work extensively with leading AI platforms and coding assistants such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and other emerging AI development tools.
This is a hands-on role. We are looking for people who can communicate an idea clearly to AI, generate and modify code, troubleshoot problems, test outputs, refine prompts, and turn requirements into working solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Build websites, applications, scripts, tools, and prototypes using AI-assisted coding.
- Work extensively with ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and similar AI platforms.
- Use Vibe Coding techniques to rapidly convert ideas and requirements into functional solutions.
- Write effective prompts and instructions to generate, modify, debug, and improve code.
- Review AI-generated code and identify errors or incorrect outputs.
- Test applications and troubleshoot issues with the assistance of AI tools.
- Research and experiment with new AI platforms, models, agents, and development tools.
- Work on different types of projects depending on company and client requirements.
- Document processes, prompts, workflows, and project results.
- Communicate clearly with team members regarding requirements, problems, and solutions.
Candidate Requirements
- Excellent English communication skills – both written and spoken.
- Strong logical thinking, problem-solving, and analytical ability.
- Very comfortable working with computers, software, and web-based applications.
- Good understanding of how to communicate effectively with AI tools.
- Interest in AI, Vibe Coding, prompt engineering, automation, and application development.
- Basic knowledge of programming, web development, APIs, databases, HTML/CSS/JavaScript, Python, PHP, or similar technologies will be an advantage.
- Ability and willingness to learn new AI platforms quickly.
- Candidates should be comfortable experimenting, researching, testing, and solving problems independently.
- Must be flexible to work in different/rotational shifts depending on project requirements.
- Must have a desktop computer or laptop with a very good configuration and reliable internet connectivity.
- Candidates must currently be located in Chennai.
- Must be willing to commit to a 1-year contract.
Who Can Apply?
Freshers and candidates with relevant experience may apply. Formal expertise in every programming language is not mandatory. We are particularly interested in candidates who demonstrate strong logical ability, excellent communication skills, curiosity, and the ability to use AI effectively to build real-world solutions.
Candidates who already experiment with AI coding, create websites/apps using AI, automate tasks, or regularly work with ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini or similar platforms are strongly encouraged to apply.
Practical AI/Vibe Coding skills will be given preference over theoretical knowledge alone.
Selection Process
Shortlisted candidates may be given a practical AI/Vibe Coding assignment to evaluate their ability to understand a requirement, communicate with AI, generate a solution, troubleshoot errors, and deliver a functional result.
