Job Summary
IITIL is seeking a results-oriented Paid Marketing Manager with 4-8 years of hands-on paid media experience to plan, manage, and scale performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid platforms. This role requires strong agency or multi-client experience, a data-driven mindset, and the ability to lead a team while managing client communication and reporting.
The ideal candidate combines strategic campaign planning with hands-on execution, has a strong grasp of tracking and analytics, and is comfortable mentoring junior team members while owning performance outcomes across multiple accounts.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Strategy & Management
- Plan, build, manage, and optimize paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid marketing platforms.
- Manage campaigns across Search, Performance Max, Display, YouTube, Demand Gen, Shopping, remarketing, lead generation, and paid social where relevant.
- Create campaign structures built for lead quality, conversion growth, CPA improvement, ROAS, and budget efficiency.
- Identify opportunities to scale campaigns while maintaining performance efficiency and lead quality.
Research & Optimisation
- Conduct keyword research, audience research, competitor analysis, search term analysis, negative keyword optimization, and campaign audits.
- Run tests across ad copy, creatives, landing pages, campaign types, bidding strategies, audiences, and offers.
- Refine keyword selection, audience segmentation, and negative keyword lists to minimize wasted ad spend.
Budget & Tracking
- Manage campaign budgets, pacing, forecasting, bidding strategies, and spend allocation across multiple client accounts.
- Monitor daily/monthly ad spend, adjusting bids and allocating budgets to high-performing campaigns to maximize ROAS.
- Set up, audit, and troubleshoot tracking using Google Ads, GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, conversion events, and enhanced conversions.
Performance, Reporting & Client Management
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize for leads, conversions, CPA, CPC, CTR, conversion rate, ROAS, and revenue impact.
- Analyze data and turn campaign performance into clear, actionable recommendations.
- Prepare performance reports and insights using Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, GA4, Looker Studio, and other reporting dashboards.
- Support client performance reviews, strategy discussions, reporting calls, and growth recommendations.
Collaboration & Team Development
- Work with web, landing page, CRO, and creative teams to improve conversion rates and campaign outcomes.
- Mentor and guide junior team members to improve campaign quality and execution standards.
- Stay updated with Google Ads, Meta Ads, paid media automation, AI-driven campaign features, attribution changes, tracking updates, and platform best practices.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 4-8 years of hands-on paid media experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, GA4, and Google Tag Manager.
- Agency or multi-client account handling background preferred.
- Proven experience managing budgets, forecasting, and bid strategies across multiple accounts.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to convert data into actionable recommendations.
- Team management and mentoring experience.
