Order Picker – PavanGati
At PavanGati, Order Pickers are responsible for accurately and quickly picking products from our warehouse or store according to customer orders. This role is an important part of our Quick Commerce operations and helps ensure that every order is prepared correctly and dispatched on time.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive and review customer orders through the PavanGati system.
- Locate the required products quickly and accurately.
- Pick the correct products according to the order details.
- Check product quality, quantity, expiry date, and packaging before packing.
- Handle fresh and everyday essential products carefully.
- Ensure the picked items match the customer's order.
- Pack orders properly and hand them over to the designated delivery partner.
- Keep the warehouse/store area clean and organized.
- Report damaged, missing, expired, or unavailable products to the supervisor.
- Follow inventory, safety, hygiene, and operational guidelines.
- Complete orders within the required time to support PavanGati's fast delivery promise.
