About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic Manager – BFSI Advisory to join our Non-Assurance team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Banking, NBFCs, or other BFSI organizations with exposure to advisory, internal audit, finance, compliance, or risk management. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work on high-impact consulting assignments and build expertise beyond traditional audit functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage advisory and consulting engagements for BFSI clients, including Banks and NBFCs.
- Lead CFO Advisory assignments covering financial reporting (Ind AS/IFRS/IGAAP), budgeting, forecasting, MIS, and financial analysis.
- Strengthen finance functions through process improvements, financial controls, and cost optimization.
- Conduct regulatory compliance reviews as per RBI and other applicable regulations.
- Execute and manage internal audit and co-sourced audit engagements.
- Analyze financial data, business processes, and risk areas to recommend operational improvements.
- Prepare high-quality reports, dashboards, presentations, and client deliverables.
- Develop and review SOPs, governance frameworks, and internal policies.
- Coordinate with client stakeholders and support implementation of recommendations.
- Stay updated with BFSI regulations, accounting standards, and industry trends.
- Mentor junior team members and ensure timely project delivery.
- Support business development through proposals and client presentations.
Eligibility
- Chartered Accountant (CA).
- 4–6 years of post-qualification experience in any of the following:
- Statutory Audit of Banks/NBFCs.
- Internal Audit, Finance, Compliance, or Risk functions within BFSI organizations.
- BFSI Advisory or Consulting.
Preferred Skills
- Strong knowledge of Banking & NBFC regulations.
- Hands-on experience with Financial Reporting (Ind AS/IFRS/IGAAP).
- Advanced MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills.
- Familiarity with AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, and Claude.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
- Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving abilities.
Pay: ₹409,573.86 - ₹1,883,057.10 per year
