Key responsibilities for this position include the following:
· Applicant tracking and recruitment process support
o Create job postings for open positions in Workable.
o Actively screen all resumes as they are submitted and keep every platform up to date daily.
o Conduct thorough first round video screens with qualified candidates, taking detailed notes and asking required questions.
o Take detailed notes and ensure that required information is captured at the screening stage.
o Schedule all interviews with qualified candidates and the appropriate Inspiroz Team Member (Service Delivery Manager, Senior Director of Service Delivery, President)
o Drive the hiring process, take the lead in getting updates at each stage, and help move the process forward.
· Recruiting strategy and pipeline development
o Create effective and efficient recruitment strategies that will support year-long hiring and the organization’s talent pipeline.
o Find creative opportunities to develop the talent pipeline in each of our markets (colleges and technical schools, job fairs, etc.)
o Build strong relationships with Inspiroz Service Delivery Managers (SDM), support their hiring needs and maintain a streamlined and efficient hiring process for candidates.
o Work alongside Inspiroz’s Leadership Team and SDMs to create detailed job descriptions and hiring criteria, competencies and interview rubrics.
o Take personal interest in the delivery of quality candidates and meeting client and user needs.
· HR and Administrative Work
o Demonstrate professionalism and clarity in written communication, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail in all candidate interactions.
o Collect required pre-boarding paperwork for each hire.
o Send other administrative Inspiroz documents to new hires (offer letter, employment agreement, handbook, etc.)
o Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies.
Candidate Qualifications
Education: The successful candidate should have a bachelor’s degree in an HR or business-related field.
Experience: The successful candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in a recruiting role.
