Ayka Medical Inc. is a medical consumables manufacturer at Rai Industrial Estate, Sonipat. We make sterilization reels, pouches, label rolls, CI indicators, face masks, and BD test packs for hospitals across India and for export. We are a small, close-knit team looking for honest and hardworking people to grow with us.
About the Role
This is a combined role — part factory helper, part data entry. You will assist machine operators on the factory floor (fetching raw material, weighing ink and paper, helping with packing and loading) and also maintain production records on a computer or tablet (job cards, raw material issue slips, inventory entries). Full training will be provided on our systems.
Responsibilities
- Assist machine operators in daily production — loading paper rolls, cores, and raw material
- Weigh raw materials (ink, fluid, paper) before and after each job and record the weights
- Help with loading and unloading of raw material and finished goods
- Assist in packing finished goods — counting, boxing, labelling
- Fill job cards in our system when a job starts and enters actual output when done
- Maintain raw material inventory entries — received, issued, returned
- Upload photos of signed job cards to our shared drive
- Report any wastage or issues to the factory coordinator (Ravi)
What We Are Looking For
- 10th or 12th pass (any stream)
- Basic computer knowledge — typing in Google Sheets or a simple form (we will train you)
- Comfortable with physical work in a factory environment
- Honest, punctual, and regular attendance — this is our most important requirement
- Local to Sonipat, Rai, Ganaur, or nearby areas
- Basic Hindi reading and writing
Good to have (not required):
- Prior factory or manufacturing experience
- Familiarity with Google Sheets or WhatsApp

- ₹12,000 – ₹14,000/month based on experience
