- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of support activities with business objectives.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their problem-solving skills and technical knowledge.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize support processes and system stability.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Amazon Web Services (AWS).
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with DevOps.
- Strong knowledge of cloud infrastructure management and deployment strategies within AWS environments.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex application and infrastructure issues effectively.
- Experience with monitoring tools and incident management processes to ensure high availability.
- Familiarity with automation and scripting to streamline support tasks and improve operational efficiency.
