Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Promoter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting our brand and products, engaging with customers, and enhancing the overall customer experience. This role requires excellent communication skills and a passion for marketing, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Representing the company in-store and at industry events
- Actively engaging with customers and generate sales
- Answer questions to generate interest in products
- Setting up and cleaning up counters at the beginning and end of the work day
- Attend and participate in staff meetings and company events
- Actively promote products and services at various hostel, hotels
- Engage with customers to provide information and answer queries
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential clients
- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional strategies
- Gather customer feedback to improve service delivery
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of products and industry trends
- Assist in the organisation of promotional events and activities
Qualifications
- Proven experience in marketing or a related field is preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong customer service orientation with a friendly demeanour
- Bilingual abilities are an advantage, enhancing customer engagement
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
