- Welcome and assist clients, visitors, vendors, and business associates in a professional and courteous manner.
- Manage the reception area, ensuring it remains clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
- Handle incoming telephone calls, screen inquiries, and direct calls to the appropriate departments.
- Maintain visitor records and coordinate visitor access as per company protocols.
- Provide administrative support to the CEO and senior management as required.
- Coordinate meeting schedules, conference room bookings, and executive appointments.
- Arrange travel bookings, accommodation, and transportation for management, when required.
- Prepare meeting rooms and ensure all arrangements are completed before scheduled meetings.
- Maintain office records, files, and correspondence.
- Draft professional emails, letters, and internal communications.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely communication and smooth workflow.
- Liaise with external clients, vendors, consultants, and business partners professionally.
- Follow up on pending tasks assigned by the CEO and provide timely updates.
- Manage courier services, incoming and outgoing mail, and office deliveries.
- Monitor office supplies and coordinate procurement with the Admin department.
Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
