Job Summary: Junior Trainee – Engineering & Operations
We are seeking a motivated Junior Trainee to support our engineering and operations team in supply chain management, design development, and manufacturing processes. This role offers hands-on exposure to multiple functions, enabling the candidate to develop practical skills in production, coordination, and technical support. The trainee will work closely with internal teams and vendors to ensure smooth execution of projects and daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in supply chain management activities, including material planning, tracking, and inventory coordination
- Support the design and development team in preparing basic drawings, documentation, and revisions
- Work alongside the manufacturing team on process engineering tasks and production support
- Coordinate with vendors for regular follow-ups, delivery tracking, and status updates
- Monitor production schedules and help ensure timely execution of orders
- Maintain records, reports, and relevant documentation for operational activities
- Support quality checks and continuous process improvement initiatives
Required Skills:
- Basic understanding of manufacturing and engineering concepts
- Familiarity with supply chain processes is an added advantage
- Strong management and coordination abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and take initiative in a dynamic work environment
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
