We are expanding and looking for a motivated Sales Representative to help us grow our client base through outbound cold calling and lead generation.
Job Overview
We are hiring a results-driven Sales Representative to make outbound cold calls to businesses in Canada during Mountain Time business hours. Your main responsibility will be to generate qualified leads and book appointments for our cleaning services.
This is a performance-focused role ideal for someone confident, persuasive, and experienced in B2B sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound cold calls to businesses in Canada (Mountain Time 9 AM – 5 PM)
- Introduce CleanHive’s commercial cleaning services
- Identify decision-makers (owners, office managers, facility managers)
- Generate and qualify leads
- Book appointments for the management team
- Maintain call logs and update CRM/spreadsheets
- Follow up with prospects via phone and email
- Meet weekly and monthly sales targets
Requirements
- Minimum 1–2 years of sales or cold calling experience
- Experience in B2B sales preferred
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Fluent in English (clear and professional accent)
- Ability to speak Punjabi/Hindi (required)
- Confident, persuasive, and comfortable handling objections
- Strong work ethic and target-driven mindset
- Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and spreadsheets
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience selling services (cleaning, facility management, or similar)
- Experience working with North American clients
- Appointment-setting experience
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
Compensation
- Base salary (₹40,000 – ₹50,000 per month)
