- Coordinate with Head Office (HO) for various marketing and counselling-related activities.
- Handle student enquiries and provide effective in-house counselling for course selection and career guidance.
- Manage walk-ins professionally and ensure a high conversion rate.
- Conduct timely follow-ups on enquiries and work towards achieving admission and revenue targets.
- Execute the enrolment process, including documentation, ID card issuance, kit distribution, fee collection, and record management.
- Conduct database calling (hot, warm, and cold leads) to generate admissions.
- Plan and execute student engagement activities and events.
- Collaborate with Operations and Academic teams to ensure smooth delivery of commitments made during counselling.
- Build strong rapport with students and support them in achieving their academic goals.
- Maintain student and enquiry records in both hard and soft formats.
- Follow HO guidelines related to reporting, batch launches, data management, and enrolment processes.
- Contribute to cost optimisation by negotiating effective rates for marketing activities.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
