- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate communication between technical and business teams to ensure alignment on project goals.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process gaps and recommending enhancements.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and development.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP EWM.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse management processes and supply chain operations.
- Experience in process modeling and documentation techniques.
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering practical solutions.
- Effective communication skills to engage with diverse teams and stakeholders.
