Requirements
- Excellent English communication skills are mandatory
- Strong verbal communication and listening skills
- Ability to handle client conversations professionally
- Good convincing and persuasion skills
- Comfortable making outbound calls and maintaining follow-ups
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building ability
- Interest in telecalling and customer interaction activities
- Any degree qualification is acceptable
- Prior telecalling experience will be an added advantage
Job Description
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients and introduce company services
- Handle client inquiries and provide accurate information
- Maintain regular follow-ups with interested clients
- Build professional relationships through effective communication
- Record and update client interaction details accurately
- Coordinate client requirements with the concerned team when required
- Support lead generation and client engagement activities
- Ensure professional communication standards are maintained during all interactions
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
