The Branch In Charge is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the clinic, ensuring excellent patient service, efficient workflow, regulatory compliance, and achievement of operational and business objectives. The role acts as the primary point of coordination between management, healthcare professionals, administrative staff, and patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise daily clinic operations.
- Ensure smooth patient flow and efficient appointment scheduling.
- Implement and maintain operational procedures and standards.
- Supervise front office, and support staff.
- Ensure high standards of patient care and customer service.
- Address patient concerns, complaints, and feedback promptly.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and privacy.
- Monitor billing, collections, and cash handling procedures.
- Prepare operational reports and maintain accurate records.
- Track clinic performance indicators and recommend improvements.
- Assist in achieving revenue and growth targets.
- Build and maintain relationships with patients and referral sources.
- Support marketing and patient engagement activities.
- Identify opportunities to improve services and increase patient satisfaction.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience in clinic, hospital, or healthcare operations management.
- Experience in staff supervision and customer service management.
