The Lead Management Manager is responsible for overseeing the complete lead lifecycle—from generation to conversion. This role ensures efficient lead tracking, timely follow-ups, and conversion optimization while coordinating with marketing and sales teams to maximize business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and monitor all incoming leads from various channels (digital, walk-in, referrals, campaigns, etc.)
- Develop and implement effective lead management strategies to improve conversion rates
- Assign leads to relevant teams and ensure timely follow-ups
- Track lead status and maintain accurate data in CRM systems
- Analyze lead data to identify trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities
- Coordinate with marketing team for lead generation campaigns
- Work closely with sales/operations team to ensure smooth conversion process
- Ensure proper documentation and reporting of lead performance metrics
- Train and guide team members on lead handling best practices
- Maintain high response time and customer engagement standards
