Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Accounts Manager (Social Media) to manage and grow client relationships at Social Santa.
This is not a finance role.
This role is similar to a Social Media Account Manager / Client Success Manager in a marketing agency setup. The selected candidate will be responsible for owning a roster of clients end-to-end, ensuring smooth execution of social media and marketing deliverables while acting as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams.
You will essentially “run the show” for assigned clients, ensuring satisfaction, performance, and long-term relationship building.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of assigned clients and act as their primary point of contact.
- Understand client business goals and translate them into actionable marketing strategies.
- Coordinate with internal teams (design, content, video, ads, web) for timely delivery of work.
- Oversee end-to-end execution of social media campaigns for clients.
- Ensure quality control of deliverables before client presentation or posting.
- Maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and updates.
- Handle client feedback, revisions, and escalations professionally.
- Track project timelines, deliverables, and campaign performance.
- Ensure client satisfaction and long-term retention.
- Collaborate with strategy and creative teams to improve campaign outcomes.
- Prepare basic reports and performance updates for clients.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (preferred).
- Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines simultaneously.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
- Prior experience in marketing, client servicing, or account management is a plus (freshers with strong communication skills may also apply).
- Problem-solving mindset with ownership attitude.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced agency environment.
