We are looking for an experienced and energetic Barman to join our hotel/lounge bar team. The candidate should have good knowledge of beverages, cocktails, and customer service standards.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic & non-alcoholic beverages as per standard recipes
- Mix classic and signature cocktails
- Maintain bar inventory and stock levels
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of the bar area
- Check ID and ensure legal drinking age compliance
- Handle cash/card billing properly
- Coordinate with service staff for smooth operations
- Follow safety and hygiene standards
Requirements:
- Hotel / Lounge bar experience mandatory
- Knowledge of cocktails, mocktails & liquor brands
- Good communication skills
- Pleasant personality and customer-friendly attitude
- Ability to work night shifts
- Team player
