Role Purpose:The role will be responsible for driving sales growth within the HoReCa segment by acquiring new clients (Hotels, Restaurants, Cafés, Caterers), managing existing accounts, handling distributors, and achieving assigned sales targets through effective market coverage and relationship management.Key Responsibilities:Client acquisition and relationship management within the HoReCa segmentRegular market visits to present product offerings and ensure customer satisfactionSales planning and execution to achieve monthly/quarterly targetsNegotiation on pricing, commercial terms, and deal closuresPrimary & secondary distributor handling (stock management, schemes, claims, etc.)Market intelligence, competitor tracking, and opportunity identificationAccurate sales reporting and CRM updatesCoordination with internal teams such as Marketing, Logistics, and FinanceExperience & Background:Minimum 4 years of relevant HoReCa sales experienceStrong local market knowledge (Marathi & Kannada) and network within hospitality clientsFMCG / Food / Institutional Sales background preferredBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Hotel Management preferredKey Skills:Strong communication, negotiation, and influencing skillsResult-oriented, customer-focused, and action-driven mindsetAbility to work independently in a field sales environmentComfortable with distributor handling and target-driven roles
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
