Field Executive (Frontline Sales) – Job Description
We are looking for energetic and motivated Field Executives to join our frontline sales team. The candidate will be responsible for meeting clients, promoting company services/products, and generating sales through direct field visits.
Responsibilities:
- Visit clients/customers in assigned locations
- Explain company products and services to potential customers
- Generate leads and convert them into sales
- Build and maintain good customer relationships
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
- Submit field visit and sales reports regularly
- Coordinate with the internal team for customer requirements and follow-ups
Requirements:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to travel and work in the field
- Basic sales and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset
- Any degree/intermediate qualification can apply
