Job Description // Senior HubSpot Consultant
We’re looking for an experienced HubSpot pro to join our team full-time (part-time roles also considered). Someone who’s worked with HubSpot for years, knows the platform inside out and can confidently own projects end-to-end; designing, implementing, and optimising workflows that drive better support outcomes and customer satisfaction. You’ll be the kind of person who knows exactly what they’re doing (and knows they’re damn good at it). You can work directly with the Global Head of CS to map out a smart, efficient process flow, then build the whole thing in HubSpot in a way that makes everyone’s life easier. You don’t need micromanaging - just a clear goal and the space to deliver. You enjoy projects that combine strategic thinking with hands-on implementation. You’re the kind of person who delights stakeholders with smart thinking and racks up appreciations.
In this role, You will. Define & Improve support workflow:
Design a clear and structured ticket lifecycle in HubSpot, including stages, routing, SLAs, and escalation aligned to L1/L2 support operations. Optimise HubSpot structure: Clean and standardise pipelines, properties, and data structures to ensure scalability, consistency, and accurate reporting. Implement Automation: Design and configure workflow automation within HubSpot to streamline ticket handling, enforce process compliance, and reduce manual effort. Improve reporting: Develop dashboards and reports to provide real-time insights into performance, efficiency, and customer issues. Improve SLA & performance framework: Define and implement SLA rules, tracking, and alerts to ensure timely responses, accountability, and service quality.
What we’re looking in you: 3+ years’ hands-on experience with HubSpot, Service-Hub (the more, the better) Experience across CS functions with HubSpot strategy & implementation A problem-solver who thinks strategically and comes up with smart solutions (OOB Thinker) Someone who thrives when trusted to work independently with clear goals Someone who takes pride in doing brilliant work.
