We Are Hiring – Project Manager
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead and manage residential and commercial construction and interior projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing project execution, coordinating with engineers, designers, project coordinators, clients, suppliers, and contractors, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Structural, Civil, Interior, and MEP works.
- Plan project schManage and monitor multiple construction and interior projects.
- Coordinate with Engineers, Designers, Project Coordinators, and Clients for smooth project execution.
- Oversee edules and ensure timely completion of milestones.
- Arrange, negotiate, and manage suppliers, vendors, and contractors.
- Ensure quality standards, safety compliance, and cost control.
- Prepare project reports and provide regular updates to management and clients.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Civil Engineering or B.Tech Civil Engineering.
- 12–15 years of experience in Civil Construction and Interior Projects.
- Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
- Experience in handling residential and commercial projects.
- Ability to work in a target-oriented and fast-paced environment.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
