Project Manager oversees custom parts or production manufacturing lifecycles from quote to delivery. coordinate CNC programming, tooling, machining operations, and quality inspections to ensure projects meet strict specifications, tight tolerances, on-time delivery (OTD) goals, and profit margins.
Role Overview & Objectives
- Act as the main link between clients, sales, CNC programmers, and shop floor machinists.
- Ensure on-time submission of First Article Inspection (FAI) reports and production launch.
- Track project milestones, shop floor capacity, and job costs against quoted budgets
Key Responsibilities
- Scope & Planning: Review Requests for Quotation (RFQs), blueprints, and CAD models to establish realistic production schedules.
- Resource Allocation: Coordinate raw material procurement, specialized cutting tools, and CNC machine availability.
- Quality & Compliance: Oversee quality control milestones, ensuring machined parts comply with ISO/AS9100 or specific industry tolerances.
- Risk Management: Identify bottlenecks in tooling or setup phases and develop shop-floor workaround strategies.
- Financial Tracking: Monitor job costing, track milestone payments, and manage contract variations or design changes
Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
