Job Overview
We are looking for a Training Executive who is passionate about learning and employee development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and conducting training programs to help employees improve their skills, knowledge, and performance.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and organize training programs for new and existing employees.
Conduct induction and onboarding sessions for new joiners.
Identify training needs by coordinating with department heads.
Prepare training schedules, presentations, and learning materials.
Track employee attendance and training records.
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and collect feedback.
Support employees in their learning and development journey.
Coordinate with internal trainers and external training partners when required.
Ensure all training activities are completed as per the company calendar.
Prepare reports on training progress and employee participation.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in training, learning & development, or HR.
Good communication and presentation skills.
Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Pay: From ₹10,091.08 per month
