About the Role
We are looking for a versatile and responsible Admin, HR & Accounts Officer to manage day-to-day administrative activities, HR coordination, and basic accounting functions. The candidate should be organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling multiple responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities1. Administration
- Manage day-to-day office administration and operational activities.
- Maintain office records, documents, files, and employee-related data.
- Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and internal teams.
- Manage office supplies, assets, and administrative requirements.
- Support travel, accommodation, meetings, and event arrangements.
- Handle administrative coordination across different locations.
- Undertake Pan-India travel as required for organizational work.
2. HR Activities
- Support recruitment, interview coordination, and onboarding processes.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Assist with attendance, leave, and employee data management.
- Coordinate joining formalities and employee documentation.
- Support HRMS/Keka-related activities.
- Assist in preparing HR reports and maintaining employee databases.
- Coordinate with employees and management for HR-related requirements.
3. Accounting & Finance
- Handle basic day-to-day accounting and financial documentation.
- Maintain invoices, bills, vouchers, receipts, and expense records.
- Assist with petty cash and expense management.
- Coordinate with the finance team for payments and reimbursements.
- Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documents.
- Assist in preparing basic MIS and financial reports.
- Support reconciliation and other accounting-related activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, HR, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in Administration, HR, and Accounting.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial documentation.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Experience with HRMS/Keka will be an added advantage.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple responsibilities independently.
- Willingness to undertake Pan-India travel as per organizational requirements.
