About the Role
Are you a driven MBA graduate who excels at building relationships and closing deals? We are looking for an energetic Marketing Coordinator to represent our construction firm, connect with leading architects, and convert prospective clients into successful project partnerships.
If you have a knack for strategic communication, a strong business sense, and the confidence to lead client meetings, we want you on our team!
Key Responsibilities
- Architect Liaison: Initiate, build, and maintain long-term professional relationships with architects, interior designers, and industry consultants.
- Client Engagement & Conversions: Conduct face-to-face and virtual meetings with potential clients, present our design-build solutions, and lead conversion efforts.
- Lead Pipeline Management: Track and nurture inbound leads from initial inquiry through pitch presentation to contract closing.
- Market Strategy: Collaborate with technical and project teams to translate construction capability into compelling sales presentations and pitches.
- Brand Representation: Represent the company at network events, site walkthroughs, and high-value client pitches.
Who We Are Looking For
- Education: MBA in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Communication Skills: Outstanding verbal presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Client-Centric Mindset: Ability to understand client needs, address project queries, and build instant rapport.
- Industry Drive: A sharp interest in real estate, architectural design, and modern construction practices (prior experience in real estate/construction marketing is a plus, but fresh/recent MBA graduates with high drive are encouraged to apply).
- Professional Grooming: Confident demeanor capable of commanding trust in executive-level client and architect discussions.
