We are seeking an experienced Government Sales Manager to drive business growth in the education sector by developing and managing relationships with government departments, educational institutions, and public sector organizations. The candidate will be responsible for identifying opportunities, participating in government tenders, and achieving sales targets for educational products and solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies for government and education sector clients.
- Build and maintain relationships with government officials, educational departments, schools, colleges, universities, and other institutions.
- Identify business opportunities through tenders, RFPs, GeM portal, and government procurement channels.
- Manage the complete tendering process, including bid preparation, documentation, submission, and follow-up.
- Promote educational products, smart classroom solutions, digital learning tools, furniture, laboratory equipment, and related solutions.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and meetings with key stakeholders.
- Coordinate with internal teams for proposal preparation, pricing, and project execution.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and government policies related to education.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Ensure timely payment collection and maintain strong client relationships.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and business development plans.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of government procurement and tender processes.
- Experience working with GeM Portal, e-tendering, and government projects.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
- MBA (Marketing/Sales) preferred.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
