Job Description
Hanix Media is hiring an Appointment Setter to help generate and qualify leads for our digital marketing and website services.
The candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, handling initial conversations, following up with leads, and booking appointments for the sales team.
Responsibilities
- Reach out to leads through calls, WhatsApp, Instagram, LinkedIn, and email
- Generate and qualify potential clients
- Schedule meetings and appointments for the sales team
- Handle follow-ups and maintain lead records
- Understand client requirements and communicate services clearly
- Coordinate with internal teams regarding appointments
Requirements
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi
- Confident speaking on calls and chats
- Basic understanding of digital marketing services
- Familiarity with social media and Google Sheets
- Strong follow-up and communication skills
- Target-oriented mindset
Preferred
- Experience in sales, telecalling, or lead generation
- Prior agency experience is a plus
- Knowledge of websites, Meta Ads, SEO, or branding services
