Position: HR Trainee
Experience: 0 to 1 Year
Location: Sanand GIDC, Gujarat
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment coordination and interview scheduling
- Employee onboarding and documentation
- Attendance and leave management
- HR records and MIS
- Support in payroll and statutory compliance
- General HR and administrative activities
Qualification: Graduate / MBA in HR preferred
Skills: Good communication and basic knowledge of MS Excel & HR operations
