1. Reception & Call Management
- Front Desk: Greet clients and visitors warmly, directing them to the concerned team member or partner.
- Call Handling: Answer, filter, and forward incoming telephone calls smoothly; maintain an accurate log of phone messages.
- Inward/Outward Courier: Receive incoming couriers, manage outgoing dispatches, and maintain a meticulous courier register.
- Office Upkeep: Ensure the reception area, meeting rooms, and front desk remain clean, organized, and professional.
2. Accounting & Software Work
- Data Entry: Perform daily voucher entries, receipts, and basic bookkeeping in Miracle Accounting Software.
- Billing Support: Help generate, print, and track professional client invoices.
- Ledger Maintenance: Keep client account statements updated and cross-verify basic payment entries against bank records.
3. Payment Follow-ups
- Dues Tracking: Maintain and review reports of outstanding client fees regularly.
- Payment Calls: Make polite, persistent, and professional follow-up phone calls to clients to ensure timely collections .
- Reporting: Update management daily or weekly on recovered payments and unresolved outstanding accounts.
4. Digital Documentation & Computer Work
- Document Scanning: Meticulously scan physical files and save them in highly organized, properly named digital folders.
- DSC Processing: Handle the end-to-end setup for making and renewing Digital Signature Certificates (DSC)—including gathering client identity documents (PAN, Aadhaar), coordinating video/mobile verifications, and managing tokens.
- General Computer Tasks: Manage incoming office emails, draft basic letters or letters of authority, and operate standard office hardware (printers, scanners).
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹11,000.00 per month
