Key Responsibilities:
- Develop accurate 3D BIM models for Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems using Autodesk Revit.
- Perform MEP coordination and clash detection to ensure smooth project execution.
- Create detailed drawings, schedules, and documentation for building services projects.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver coordinated and high-quality BIM models.
- Develop and maintain Revit families and templates.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in BIM Modelling (MEP)
- Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit (Navisworks knowledge is an advantage)
- ITI/NCTVT certification in HVAC, Electrical, or Plumbing Draftsmanship
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
