Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Barista with at least 1 year of experience in cafés, coffee shops, or restaurants. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in preparing a variety of coffee and beverage items while delivering excellent customer service and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including espresso-based coffees, cappuccinos, lattes, mochas, iced beverages, teas, and other café drinks.
- Operate and maintain coffee machines, grinders, and other café equipment.
- Ensure consistency in beverage quality, taste, and presentation.
- Interact with customers professionally and provide excellent service.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the coffee station and work area.
- Monitor stock levels of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other café supplies, and report replenishment needs.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and quality standards at all times.
- Assist with opening and closing duties as required.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and service team to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Barista is mandatory.
- Good knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and espresso-based beverages.
- Ability to operate commercial coffee machines and grinders.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Well-groomed, punctual, and team-oriented.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
