Urgent Opening — SAP SuccessFactors EC Time Tracking Consultant
Location: Remote (supporting Singapore client)
Work Hours: 6:00 AM — 3:30 PM IST
Notice Period: Immediate joiners preferred
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and configure SAP SF EC Time Tracking (time sheets, attendance, overtime rules).
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and design solutions.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and country-specific regulations.
- Provide support for EC Time Management processes and resolve issues promptly.
- Deliver documentation, workflows, and training for end users.
Required Skills & Experience
- Certification: SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC).
- Implementation: Minimum 1 end-to-end implementation in Time Tracking.
- Experience: 5+ years overall in SAP SuccessFactors EC Time Management.
- Strong knowledge of Time Off, Time Tracking, and related business rules.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup.
