About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Team Lead – Field Marketing to lead and manage a team of Field Marketing Executives across Ernakulam. The ideal candidate should have strong B2B marketing experience, excellent leadership skills, and a proven ability to drive business growth by building partnerships with schools, colleges, coaching centres, and other educational institutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Field Marketing Executives.
- Plan, assign, and monitor daily field activities across Ernakulam.
- Develop and execute B2B marketing strategies to generate institutional leads.
- Build strong relationships with schools, colleges, tuition centres, coaching institutes, and corporate organizations.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and business development activities.
- Ensure the team achieves monthly lead generation and business targets.
- Monitor team performance and provide regular coaching and feedback.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
- Coordinate with the Sales and Admissions teams to ensure smooth lead conversion.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Maintain high standards of professionalism during client interactions.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in B2B Sales, Field Marketing, or Business Development.
- Experience in the Education or EdTech industry is highly preferred.
- Prior experience leading a field sales or marketing team is an added advantage.
Required Skills
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven experience in B2B client acquisition and relationship management.
- Target-driven with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to motivate and manage a high-performing field team.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
- Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license.
- Willingness to travel across Ernakulam for field operations.
