A. Human Resource Responsibilities1. Recruitment & Onboarding:
- Coordinate recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, and follow-ups.
- Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and employee joining documentation.
- Conduct employee induction and onboarding processes.
2. Attendance & Payroll Coordination:
- Maintain employee attendance, leave, overtime, and shift records.
- Coordinate with accounts/payroll team for salary processing.
- Verify salary inputs, deductions, and employee records.
3. Employee Documentation & Records:
- Maintain employee personal files and HR databases.
- Prepare HR letters including confirmation, increment, warning, transfer, and relieving letters.
- Ensure proper maintenance of employee records and documentation.
4. Employee Relations:
- Address employee grievances and coordinate resolution with management.
- Support employee engagement and welfare activities.
- Ensure discipline and adherence to company policies.
B. Compliance Responsibilities1. Statutory & Labour Law Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, Bonus, Gratuity, CLRA, BOCW, Minimum Wages Act, and other applicable labour laws.
- Maintain statutory registers, records, and notices as required by law.
- Coordinate timely submission of statutory returns and challans.
2. Contractor & Labour Compliance:
- Verify contractor labour documentation including Aadhaar, bank details, insurance, labour licences, and statutory registrations.
- Monitor labour attendance, wage payments, and statutory compliance at project sites.
- Conduct periodic compliance checks and audits for contractors/subcontractors.
3. Audit & Government Coordination:
- Coordinate with labour departments, PF/ESIC authorities, and auditors during inspections.
- Maintain compliance records for audits and management review.
- Ensure timely renewal of licences and registrations.
4. MIS & Reporting:
- Prepare HR and compliance MIS reports for management.
- Maintain manpower reports, compliance trackers, and statutory filing records.
- Monitor compliance status and highlight gaps or risks to management.
Pay: ₹10,859.70 - ₹33,163.72 per month
