Job Position : Sales Intern
Location : Ambattur
Lead Management:
· Assist in following up on leads generated through digital marketing efforts.
· Help gather client requirements and schedule appointments.
· Update and maintain the lead management system (ERP) with accurate details and track progress through the sales pipeline.
New Lead Generation:
· Support the creation and execution of targeted email marketing campaigns and other initiatives to attract potential clients.
· Assist in analyzing campaign performance and identifying potential opportunities for improvement.
Project Coordination:
· Aid in coordinating new project schedules and monitoring project timelines.
· Provide administrative support in updating projects and trial sheets in ERP systems.
· Collaborate with project teams to ensure timely communication and task execution.
Client Communication:
· Help maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates and addressing queries.
· Support internal team coordination to meet client requirements efficiently.
Reporting and Monitoring:
· Assist in preparing reports on project progress and sales performance.
· Identify and escalate potential risks to project timelines or client satisfaction.
Requirements:
Education:
· currently pursuing a bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Project Management, or a related field.
Skills and Attributes:
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
· Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
· Good verbal and written communication skills.
· Enthusiastic about learning in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
· Ability to manage multiple tasks and work collaboratively.
Requirements:
- Master' s degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
